Professional Experience

Walt is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience. In addition, Walt has held adjunct faculty appointments at St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, the Carlson School (MHA Program) University of Minnesota, University of Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky University and Thomas More College.

 

Educational and Professional Development

Walt’s education includes an M.B.A. from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio, and a B.S. in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. In addition, he has attained the Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
